The way begins in Kiev, passes through Borispol, Yagotin, Piryatin, Lubny, Xorol, Poltava, Kharkiv (the name Kharkiv – Rostov remains at this way), Chuguev, Izyum, Slavyansk, Artemovsk, Debaltsevo, Krasniy Luch, and is finished at the Dolzhanckii check gate, leading through Novoshaxtinck to Rostov–on–Don.
